Cartoons by Low.  Inscription To Dad With the compliments of Low.  According to Richard Dalby and the letter he typed, mentions 'Low' signed to passing acquaintances or reviewers.  He signed 'David Low' to people he knew.  Richard thinks To Dad was added at a later date.  Will include the letter.

Magazine in fine condition.  Lots of newspaper clippings stuck in front and rear covers.  Bumped spine ends and worn and torn edges of covers.  White leaves.  Text and pictures firm and clean.  Tanning on covers.  Kept in clear cover.
