A red hardback book, no dust jacket, in good condition.  The Scarlet Tree being the second volume of Left Hand, Right Hand!   An autobiography.  The author has included delightful, bygone era, photo's of St. Paul's from Fleet Street 1903 and of Scarborough and his family, which is also where Richard Dalby lived.  The authors hand-prints are on endpapers.

Condition:   Fading to spine.  On endpaper there is sticky mark, where tape has been.  Some small marks in margin.  Text firm and clean.  Light marks to an endpaper at back.  A very good copy.
