Signed and inscribed by Dennis Wheatley to his good friend, Thomas Joy. Thomas Joy was an exceptionally influential figure in the book trade who was responsible for running book departments of Harrods, the Army and Navy stores and was managing director of Hatchards.

Hardback. Red and blue speckled boards with gold lettering to spine. Pictorial dust jacket included. 349 pages. 472g. 

Condition: Good/V. Good. Dust jacket with minimal wear, however slightly creased on rear of cover. Boards bright and clean, small bruise to spine edge. End papers illustrated with maps, with foxing and slightly browned. Signed and inscribed on title page. Foxing to page edges.
