Ltd First Edition  First edition hard back binding in publisher's original orange cloth covers, gilt title, author lettering and symmetrical gilt scroll designs to the spine but faded.  Contains printed pages of black text with 12 superb mounted colour plates and 44 gold and black block illustrations with parallel black woodcut decorations to the sides.  Illustrated by Willy Pogany.

Condition: Foxing through the book, foxing to one plate.  Pencil notation on front free endpaper.  The original orange cloth has rubbed and marked with fading.  Browning to the leaves.
