Arthur Ponsford Baker - born 6th Sept 1873. Admitted to Christ's, Cambridge in 1892. Owing to a serious accident at football he left Christs's in 1895 and was cripples for life. However, he returned to Christs's in 1903 and obtained his BA in 1904; MA in 1907. He was a University Lecturer in History from 1907.
A 'frequent contributor to the Cambridge Review'. The Cambridge University Library Catalogue lists nothing for him apart from A COLLEGE MYSTERY.
Condition: Very Good - Boards rubbed and corner bruising, and to the spine, slight foxing to page edges and endpapers, pencil annotation of front back board and endpapers.
