1903 Braddon published The Conflict, a novel set in Richmond and Twickenham.

1915  4 February, Braddon died from a cerebral hemorrhage, aged 79, and was buried in Richmond Cemetery.   

Original decorated cloth, faded spine and bumped edges, rubbed hinges.  Fading to cloth.  Hingecrack at rear.  Bumped corners.  Rubbed board edges.  Pencil notation to endpaper.  Foxing to title page and endpapers.  Stain to back endpaper.  Foxing to last few leaves.  Text is firm.  A good copy.
