Signed and inscribed by Dennis Wheatley to his good friend, Thomas Joy. Thomas Joy was an exceptionally influential figure in the book trade who was responsible for running book departments of Harrods, the Army and Navy stores and was managing director of Hatchards.

Hardback. Blue boards with gold and green lettering to spine and cover. Illustrated dust jacket included. 446 numbered pages. 531g. 

Condition: Good. Dust jacket bright, with minimal wear and faint foxing across cover. Boards lightly rubbed and slight bruising to spine edges. End papers with few foxing markings. Signed and inscribed on title page. Foxing to page edges and small black mark on bottom of page edges. Internally, pages in very good condition.
